- Crafting: Workbench using 5 Iron Ingots + 2 Wood
- Available from game start once Workbench is built
- No technology research required
- Crafting time: 5 seconds
- Can be repaired at Workbench using iron ingots
- Durability: 500 uses before breaking
- Found occasionally in supply crates
Usage
Primary Uses:
- Mining basic ores
- Breaking rock formations

- Mining: Extract iron ore, copper ore, stone, coal, and sand
- Rock Breaking: Clear rock formations blocking paths
- Resource Gathering: Harvest basic minerals and building materials
- Speed: 2 seconds per ore node (slow but reliable)
- Limitations: Cannot mine titanium ore or crystal formations
- Melee Weapon: Can be used for emergency self-defense (low damage)
Tips & Strategies
- Craft 2-3 pickaxes immediately - always have backup
- Upgrade to Advanced Drill as soon as possible for 5x speed
